ok my thoughts on c7s3 my opinion on it is polarized. the loot pool at the beginning was doodoo but it got better over time. sprite collecting is cool but I wish they did more with it. the map I’d let suck my tits it’s peak Season 2 was just a lot better overall imo but it’s still alright, 7/10

i was talking about this with my friend last night but webtv's flashrom system is insane and really ahead of it's time i don't think there was any other consumer products at the time that had an OS upgrade system as robust and "Just Works" as webtv's, probably not until the smartphone era

Swear to god Electron apps are just precision-engineered to be inefficient. Yes I want my Apple Music client (Cider) to run entirely within it's own Chromium browser. Also uses a whopping 783 NPM packages. And uses 400 MB of disk space because you're just shipping Chromium with no limbs.

systemd lost the plot a long time ago. they stopped following the Unix philosophy and now they're busy adding nonsense like age verification. Just like Firefox, systemd doesn't understand its core user base. There are plenty of distros without systemd
