The Hare of the Hills

🚲 🐇 Granola girl. Nothing but bad takes. I talk about bikes alot and repost furry art. My life is too complicated for mortal comprehension. 1312

I was riding with a big group of silly cyclists and I was letting the girls breathe. Some random stranger yelled "Put a shirt on! There are children here!" And a much older guy with the group of cyclists told me I had nice tits.

A friend of mine once told me that there's no point in trying to do sex work online as a trans woman if you're only willing to try it post-op. The girl dick is what MAKES the trans girl a commodity, apparently. I think about that way more often than I should.

You’re not “protecting other people from seeing what they don’t want to see” by demanding tags. You’re being a cop, full stop. The internet is a museum or a National Geographic magazine. Sometimes there are surprise titties but everyone makes it out alive.

My newest little bike build. I had this 96 Trek 970 frame. I decided to give it a custom paint job for my little brother. XTR rear derailleur, Deore LX cranks, V-brakes. Tubeless ready wheels. Garbage front shock. My little brother loves it! He put some purple grips on it.

many who talk abt the woes of “community” don’t want community. they don’t want to be challenged, inconvenienced, check others or be checked. they want unmitigated access to others without “doing the work”. it unsettles me how queer folks use “community” the way the homes we fled from use “family”

My cis, gay, male instructor just corrected me for asking my simulation patient (with short pink hair, facial piercings, and the name Avery) what their pronouns are. I'm literally wearing a pronoun pin. He's an excellent instructor but damn, gay men just do not get it. Huh?

Some random stranger complimented my biceps. This has never happened to me before! My arms are the smallest they've been in my whole adult life. Still, I enjoyed the fact that someone thought I look athletic. He was like, "Damn! You can't be walking around with GUNS like that!"

It’s really important that the #Vancouver Downtown Business Association, who were originally against bike-lanes, are now among their most vigourous supporters, because of ACTUAL EVIDENCE that they’re better for downtown business than any street parking they replaced. Safe bike-lanes mean business.

My greatest AI vlunerability is that I love illustrated cozy little spaces. Put an illustration of the interior of a cafe or a small, well decorated bedroom in front of me and I will eat that shit up. If anyone sees this, please point me to cozy space illustrators.
