I love the novel Stoner by John Williams. it reads superficially like a story about a regular man's life with its ups and downs but really it's a horror story. a man wastes his life, ignores the few who like him, and deeply hurts the even fewer who love him. He hates every minute of it!

i'd recommend writing a note for each spot in Obsidian and perhaps have a look at this obsidian plugin where you can include coordinates as a property for the note and the plugin will collect all locations in all notes and let you see them on a map github.com/esm7/obsidia...

It would save me a lot of going back and trying to remember if I could make an easy to customize map that has notes about sites I have already visited and sites I want to visit. Do I need GIS for this? I just want an annotated map that I can easily access and update

skeet of some angry weirdo listing all the supposed privileges women enjoy (and curiously leaving out any downsides they might have to endure). for some also curious reason he considers the fact that women are allowed to wear women's clothes without judgement to be one of those unfair privileges?? at the end he tops it off by saying that if he had to trade his penis for all those sweet privileges he'd do it. buddy, nobody's stopping you. like, that is very much something you can do any day. also, you don't even need to give up your penis for that, you can keep it, this is a price you just made up)

A superb session yesterday with The Centre of Aviation Photography in the Cold War operations room, some really creative and talented photographers took on the challenge of shooting in this unique space, and our volunteers got the chance to be models for the day!
