i do get a rush of completely pointless & unearned smugness and superiority whenever a clickbaity title or the beginning of a video says ‘you’ve never heard of this’ or ‘things you didn’t know about’ or w/e and i did in fact know about it
i’m going through my grandparents’ old trip photos, since they traveled A Lot, and it’s so odd to do. looking at these images of people that are gone in places i’ve never been… idk! there’s something odd and touching to it. i found a shot of my grandfather holding a tibetan baby who’d be ~25 now.
