when i started my Sangfielle relisten I planned to do an ink drawing like this per arc... here being character creation and the The Ground Itself game (though, looking at the episode list, the drawings are technically in the wrong order lol)

playing arranger and the visual style in this game is so fun. i rly love the panels serving as backgrounds/settings but also supporting the narrative by acting as actual comic panels (the "cutscene" from the first pic and the pov shot with the faces from the second)

A red flame in Barad-dûr, based on the conversation in the most recent shelved by genre episode. I wanted the city to look both industrial and unsettling, so I tried to use a real mix of building styles, and avoid too many curves/natural shapes.

A scan of a pen and ink drawing of Barad-dûr, inspired by the conversation in the most recent shelved by genre episode. It shows the moment when Frodo, on Mount Doom, looks towards Barad-dûr and as the clouds part sees a red flame in the highest tower, the only image of Sauron the books give us. The drawing depicts barad-dûr in dense, hatched pen, full of narrow, crowded streets and industrial buildings, shrouded in darkness and cloud. A red pen has been used to mark the flame, the only colour in the drawing.

well tomorrow might be the day for real. who knows anymore. i've been operating under "oh well that didn't work out" but i don't think it's set in yet because like, what if. sigh!!!!!!

2days the day. new job or not. i'm honestly expecting a rejection atp. feeling ?__? like i really don't know though. idk! either way i'm visiting my parents and continuing a 2000 piece jigsaw puzzle. that's what counts

i hate cancelling on someone short-term even if it's just myself but mannnn i am not feeling "leaving the house again today". even if it would be for movie theater
