While it's true that the war in Ukraine has been disastrous for Russia, the way Hasan Piker is framing this makes it sound like he's trying to portray the Russians as the actual victims while downplaying the suffering Ukrainians have went through.
Many of the responses to the maximalist post are reasonable enough, though I can't help but be puzzled by the ones I've screenshotted. Those sound more like revenge power fantasies.
