Biggest personality red-flag for me are people who frame their opinion as fact, or treat their opinion as "above" others' opinions, especially with no credentials to back yourself up. I don't think I could ever get along with someone like that.

it genuinely bothers me that the Metal renderer (macos) doesn't support geometry shaders, even Unity's built in wireframe shader will pink.
hardest part about getting feedback from play testers is when they hit you with the "actually I don't like the gameplay, remake the whole game with a different genre" or the "add this feature that's literally already in the game"
i have a system in psycho patrol where the stack of money dropped grows bigger relative to the amount, the biggest banknote is 500€ so if you give someone a massive amount and then kill them it looks like this, there is no upper limit

yeah never mind, today CPU for Rider jumped 1000%+ and froze the program...
Hunter Ahlquist@hunter.ahlquist.me · 5mo agoJetbrains rider was running like total shit, 600%+ CPU usage constantly. Reinstalling the app didn't help, reinstalling macOS did.
apparently you should re-install macOS every year or two. not because of apple since the system is immutable, but because of third party apps leaving behind stuff when you "uninstall" (delete app from the folder)
