The coolest thing about the Appeals Court ruling against Trump's ballroom, was the panel's calling Trump a "tenant." You heard correctly. The guy who loves calling himself an owner and landlord was told: “A President is a temporary tenant, not owner, of the White House." LOL.

Unfortunately, preventing the public from knowing about the death of a Member of Congress is not a standalone federal crime in itself – but actions required to successfully conceal it (such as hiding the body, identity theft, or falsifying official documents) violate multiple federal and state laws.
It’s so refreshing to see a senator who knows how to ask questions. Too often, witnesses deflect and the senator moves on. Ossoff does what a good trial lawyer does—persists until he gets an answer or a refusal to answer. Both responses can be deeply revealing.

Yep. We could bomb Iran every day for the next 10 years and still fail to significantly change the battlefield calculus. I’m obviously no fan of the Iranian regime, but this is why I said we couldn’t win this war with air power alone, and that it was a foolish war to enter.
Been saying AOC should run in 2028 since I saw her speak at the DNC in 2024. Every argument against it has echos of the arguments against Obama running in 2008.
