We live in a democracy. If an elected leader is suddenly afraid of his own voters, then maybe that’s a signal he should step down and walk away.

Cops should never be referred to Restorative Justice. When they do anything wrong/illegal while carrying out their duties, it it is an abuse of high level power. And SIRT doing this, is another example that they exist to protect cops.
