The appearance of cats is deceiving in two ways: firstly, when you see a cat get wet or without fur and realise that there's much less cat per cat than you thought there was; and secondly, when a cat yawns and you realise that so much more of the cat is mouth than you ever expected.

USA: "1.5 million cartons of eggs have been recalled for Salmonella" The CDC is investigating a salmonella outbreak tied to a Texas egg producer, causing 98 illnesses and 26 hospitalisations across 17 states. A recall has been issued, officials warn affected eggs may still be in consumers fridges.

I'm not saying it doesn't HAPPEN, but "all weird indie TTRPGs are a kink thing" is reductive. There is also "designing RPGs to publish your worldbuilding bible", "designing RPGs because you invented a neat dice trick", "designing RPGs to win an argument", and "designing RPGs as an act of self harm".
