EA's annual Ebitda is around $1.5 billion, which should be enough to service the interest payments. But the publisher has told debt investors that it will cut $700 million in annual costs including $170 million in "organizational efficiencies," per Bloomberg. In other words: mass layoffs

Currently at 73 objects out of 100. The exercise in itself is great fun, and I discover a lot of details about French history and culture in the process.

I am currently slightly obsessed by the @99pi.org series "a History of the United States in 100 objects". It had led me to start putting together my own list of objects about France. I am currently at item 41. And yes, the 3rd item that I added to the list was a raclette machine...

This is the same model I use at home - my responsible adult doesn't like raclette, so this works very well for one person.

Funnily enough, I think the raclette machine is a great story about french dinner parties, and how we invite friends home to eat.
