A thing that sucks a lot is that content mills ARE a way for someone to earn money, and most of us, frankly, are poor. A way to earn noticeable money without an extreme dose of luck, is to post very often and something of "substance", even if in reality that substance is slop. (For example-

Fun story and potential tip for artists: find a load boarding follower or two. When my account was brand new and less than 10 people knew I existed I had one follower who would like almost every piece I made. I appreciated his support so much that my partner knew his screenname- 🧵
