We managed to remove 11 bags of multiflora rose stems that were climbing up a tamarack/larch tree and up two white spruces. Such relief to free these trees from this invasion, especially the tamarack that was getting choked out.

The Swift Fox vanished from Canada by the 1930s - but it's back in Alberta and Saskatchewan thanks to conservation efforts. But with grasslands disappearing fast, there's still work to do.
