Opinion: Mamdani's idea may sound appealing, but it's NYC taxpayers who will take the hit, subsidizing discounts they may never even use.

Picking up the thread about dream writing projects, I want to start with a little self examination. As much for myself as anything else. I feel I am not the best at pure creation of brand new ideas or concepts or stories. That's not to say I am not creative.

I wasted my evening. Bleah. I need to not do what I did again. That's all I'm going to say about that. I saw a post over the weekend that asked people to share their grandest pie in the sky writing projects. I have several. I should have talked about those.

If you're a #StateFarm insurance holder, you may want to consider swapping insurance agencies fast. Their new model is AI driven and their IC reps are being forced to focus more on new sales rather than retention and renewals.

Just returned from surgery. My health being so frail and broken started with cancer. Cancer destroyed my body and I'm repairing everything that breaks.
