In the 1950s we had 700 different chemicals in our food Today we have over 10,000 in our food In Europe, they only have 700 still today. Kelloggs makes the safer Canadian version and the American version. Two different options, same manufacturer. Americans have been sold out sadly.

"When we speak it is not with our Afrikan voice, it is with the voice of the demonic presence that uses our lips to speak its own language. We have to recognize this. We are possessed." - Opudau Amos Nelson Wilson 💫
"Chasing medals, records, chasing growth, chasing excellence.. People think the champion mindset is just winning. It's not.. it's sticking to your purpose, it's really trusting the promise that you have already made & going for it. I'm chasing something big. I'm chasing impact"

A new analysis in Science of DNA from Chilean mummies has revealed the earliest known strain of ancient smallpox from the Americas. The findings offer the clearest genetic evidence yet that European colonization brought this disease to the New World. Learn more: https://scim.ag/4w3Sl5U

I wish people liked to uplift and encourage as much as they like to discard and condemn.
You can’t build community without the commitment to being in community with folks. I’ll say it until my face turns blue.
Hear me out Wolves fans. I want Marshall Munetsi to start in our midfield 3 because of his stamina, work rate and physicality. He's not the best technically but that's what's Tommy Doyle is for. Those 2 and André #WWFC 🐺
NEW: Over the last few months, Meta has run dozens of paid ads that included AI-generated CSAM. The ads, some of which were linking out to “nudify” apps, targeted men in the US, UK, and a dozen European countries. Some were running in the last few days

I'm looking forward to the new EFL Championship season. I'm not going to my first Wolves game until after my wedding
Friendships are a commitment too. A lot of people treat friendships like void fillers and even second fiddle for romantic relationships and wonder why they’re lacking in community. You don’t wanna sacrifice for folks. you don’t wanna do anything outside of for you…how is that community minded?
Gen Z track sprinters on Bluesky, who are your track heroes? I'm curious to see who the youth love now
Any OGs over 35 years old on here on Bluesky that still sprint in track?
As a kid, my sprinting icons were Maurice Greene and Marion Jones. They inspired me to get into sprinting. Marion Jones thoroughly disappointed me later down the line but won't say any more on that.
I used to do 100m, 200m and the 4 x 100m relay. I did the longer distance sprints (400m) and runs (800m, 1500m & 3000m) for training and it used to beat my ass! From that day onwards I had FULL respect for long distance runners and longer distance sprinters because it is not a joke ting!
I remember when I was 14 years old or so and I raced this breddah at the Essex Schools' Championships that was allegedly the same age as me but he was hench as hell. Man was muscled up at allegedly 14 years old looking like Shelton Benjamin a grown ass man 😂😂😂😂
I was one of the fastest kids in Essex as a teenager and I narrowly missed out on the English Schools' Athletics Championships
I remember my classmates in secondary school used to gas me up and say I'm going to London 2012 Olympics lol. My one slight regret was that I didn't take athletics as seriously as I should have with the raw potential that I had but I was just a kid that wanted to have fun and live life
I got my gift of sprinting from my grandma who was a SERIOUS high school sprinter in Nigeria 🇳🇬. I wish I could've shared my athletics stories and experiences with her 💗
I'm going to the European Athletics Championships next week and I can't wait. One day I want to go to Jamaica 🇯🇲 to watch the National Athletics Championships
Believe it or not I like athletics more than I like football. Athletics is my first love, football is my second love then basketball and boxing.
I'm still quite fast for a cat that's nearly 40 years old. I'm giving 18 year olds a run for their money on the track. I think I need to make a return to the track and represent the OGs 🏃🏿♂️ #TrackIsLife
This is wonderful and we need to normalise this. Not everyone had access to private lessons or the right equipment when they were children and not all children were able to learn to swim, take ballet, ride a bike, play a musical instrument and so on: www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WlW...
