I don't think they always are, in my specific case it turned out the problem I was looking at was well known, but under a different setting/formation, so I'm pretty sure it could have been helpful. En fait voilà une idée, avec une intuition biaisée par les probas. Si vous prenez une matrice de corrélation C de N variables X1...XN, elle est réelle symétrique (définie positive ok, mais l'intuition marche quand même), et en fait vous pouvez trouver successivement les valeurs propres
