I made a separate account that's ONLY following artists and when I find myself doom scrolling too hard, I switch over and end up feeling better and putting my phone down sooner

lately I've found that when I feel mentally fatigued or burnt out, watching someone make something is about the only thing that helps. videos of building dioramas, painting miniatures, sculpting in zbrush, drawing/painting trad/digi. even the How It's Made videos do it for me.

The astroturfing is so blatant No artist would ever claim "not everyone can make/ learn art" or that Artists have CONTROLLED THE MARKET lmao Claiming artists are only *now* going through what other fields have, motherfucker we were the FIRST to ring the bell in 2022
