I don't understand why we need 'sensitivity readers.' I am a super liberal, very far left, many call me woke. But I don't think words should be changed in literature to appease a modern audience. Stick a content warning on it and be done with it.

The Night of the Hunter- Robert Mitchum has a charisma that I really adore. His deep voice and his style really kept me glued to the screen. The film itself is a really unique blend of horror and fairytale, with its use of music and shadows.

I only look up to people I know in my life. I used to love Bill Maher (saw him live twice), until he became an old trans hating boomer. I used to admire Alice Cooper for his dark rock vibes, then he turned out to be a right-wing nut. Celebs are flawed and shouldn't be put on huge pedestals.

I'm writing a sci-fi, post-apocalyptic novella called "Invasion of the Greys". It's where aliens come down to earth and take it over by enslaving and killing humans. And what's fun is it's totally Y2K. Takes place in '99, It'll have hard drives, big cell phones, and be very 'sleek' and chrome.

I'm very picky with horror-but the #EvilDead remakes are amazing. I love the tension, the disgust. I'm not always in the mood for them, but when I am? I'm always glad I see them.
