Last night the SD card failed in my MPC sample while trying to add some extra samples 😩 Honestly, I think that's at least 3 SD cards that have died on me within a month or so. Now I've got to get another last minute and upload samples while Claire drives us to the airport 😆

Love has never needed permission from labels 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 My emptiness of gender lets me see that clearly. Anxiety tightens around transgender lives right now. Why must their chosen bonds still pass through someone else’s gate? Why is the soul they claim treated as a request instead of a right?

Definitely shouldn't have doubted myself. Soundsystem was perfect and the live set sounded so good. Had loads of fun!

The Gender Critical are trying to normalise the idea that trans + people are their birth sex. This is a cynical attempt to erase trans + people from existing. We must not let this happen. Trans women are women. Trans men are men. Non-binary (enby) people are valid and exist too.

What I want for trans + people in the UK. The puberty blocker ban lifted. The toilet ban scrapped. Supreme Court ruling overtuned/made ineffective. An informed consent model for gender affirming care. Self ID. Non-Binary people legaly recognised. No trans + censorship in schools.

I wanted to buy some new music for a DJ set I have booked for when I'm in Lisbon but thanks to ai, I have such a big distrust for buying anything new that it's now ruined that process. Both Beatport and Traxsource are active ai supporters and bandcamp is far too laborious to find a specific sound..

Ahh I'm in such a pickle. So I trimmed my nails down especially to test playing guitar and bass again. Omg I think I've lost all my guitar playing abilities, I feel extremely demoralised. Playing bass is still okay ish but it doesn't bring me joy anymore...
