Només jo parlo clar i tinc raó, però ningú mai no em creu.

more genuinely I do think actually being mean after someone awful dies is a social good, it reminds the living that you might not get karmic punishment in this life or the next, but that people will simply despise you and laugh at you and then forget you

terfs be like: can I just shock you? I actually got on well with this racist, mysogynist creep. you’ll find this difficult to believe, almost impossible, I imagine, but me and this vile bigot were mates

I wish there was a single politician willing to say we need more immigrants here in the UK, immigration is a fundamental freedom and good in-itself, and we should accept all migrants as new neighbours and fellow children of god, as the nominal official religion of this country supposedly preaches

"Sinking in Polls, Farage Plans Week of Attacks on Immigration" Reform plan to make next week Immigration Week It could finally be the moment for broadcast media to notice the > 75% drop in net migration since 2024. There is also a 42% drop in boat crossings

Bloomberg: Sinking in Polls, Farage Plans Week of Attacks on Immigration

Reform UK party is planning to hold multiple press conferences on immigration to turn public attention to the issue, despite the number of migrants arriving in the country nearly halving from the same time last year.
A total of 14,200 immigrants have arrived in the UK via small boats so far this year, down 44% compared to the same period last year, with the Home Office and National Crime Agency increasing seizures of small-boat engines and improving enforcement cooperation with the French.
The issue of immigration threatens to be riskier territory for new Prime Minister Andy Burnham, who is already facing disquiet from backbench colleagues over reforms proposed during his predecessor's tenure.

quite apart from anything else, several of these things are what she says they aren’t. like an open secret *is* a secret? in the context of the pantomime, a pantomime horse *is* a horse? and fair game only isn’t because it’s abstracted metaphor. This woman nominally uses language for a living.

Look, there’s a lot to dispute here, but I am quite concerned that JK Rowling appears to think “pantomime” and “crow’s” are adjectives.

LittleFurnace on Twitter: Trans is an adjective, you donkey. Adjectives come before nouns. For example "pathetic woman", "soulless billionaire", or "walking
scrotum". You would know that if you weren't a fucking terrible writer.

JK Rowling in reply: A pantomine horse isn't a horse.
An open secret isn't a secret.
A hot dog isn't a dog.
A shrinking violet isn't a violet.
Crow's feet aren't feet.
Fair game's not a game.
Trans women aren't women.
