We are waitlisted for economy after I paid for premium economy - I will never fly Lufthansa again after this trip. It should be illegal for airlines to oversell tickets for a flight.

WORST experience for seats assigned - outgoing flight only has 1 available seat in premium economy (I need 4). I rang #Lufthansa only to be told we get the seats assigned the day we fly. I need GF meal due to celiac disease which must be ordered in advance. Ditto for hub’s veg meal. STRESSED AF

For the record, today is 250 years of freedom for white men only. Native Americans weren’t granted citizenship until 1924. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibited discrimination based on race, religion, color, or national origin in public places, schools, and employment - but not gender.
