The current generation of LLMs are quite good for proofreading. They routinely catch typos in things that I'm working on, and they're especially useful as a final pass if you've edited something and read it several times already, so it's difficult to give it a fresh read with keen eyes.

I don't know if Bluesky is a liberal bubble, but the real knock on Bluesky is that it's a place where a bunch of easy marks for rage bait get really worked up about some bullshit 3-5 times per week, and none of it ever really amounts to anything.
