Finally had a smart meter fitted and now understanding first hand why they had to turn on power stations when Coronation Street went to adverts and everyone put the kettle on...
Wonderful first day at #EMFCamp. So many amazing things going on. It's an incredible feat that this gets put on every other year. Hats off to @jonty.bsky.social and everyone else involved.

Youngest has hand foot and mouth so resorting to ice-cream and soft packaged croissants as a last resort as everything else under the sun hurts his tongue leading him to barely eat anything the last few days.

good news everyone (or at least those who care about the future of Wyrd Science). having spent the hottest day of the year in a windowless room doing our year end '25 accounts, I can say that it looks like, for the first time in 4 years, we turned a profit though before anyone (me) gets too
Cracking day seeing the Samauri exhibition at the British Museum. Well worth booking 5 months in advance!
I had to wait to get off holiday to finally have it in my hands but it's here! @wyrdscience.bsky.social knocking it out the park again. 112 pages of life affirming nerdy goodness.
Go on holiday, get away from the daily grind and somehow the universe keeps reminding me that I'm a Product Owner.
