VP of Applied AI. Focus is on Applied AI, Web Arch, and Performance @netlify.com

@netlify.com has always maintained a hard stance about selling/sharing your work to train AI models. We don’t. In the future if we build this process, it would be after you consented (opt in). We don’t decide on your behalf that it is ok for us to sell your work. That’s wrong

Netlify@netlify.com · 4mo ago

Opt-in is a deliberate choice. Opt-out is a choice someone else made for you. We think the industry has the default backwards. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your code to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in. More from our CISO Mark Dorsi: www.netlify.com/blog/you-own...

You've probably see other @netlify.com peeps look for feedback from you all. Add me to that list :), especially if its related to UX, UI, and front end things! DMs open, too!

I'm beyond stoked for developers in the age of AI tooling. But I'm even more stoked for what the rest of the team can now bring to the table with coding no longer being a barrier to entry. That, to me, is THE most exciting thing right now

Coding is no longer the finish line. It’s the amplifier. When every role pairs its strengths with AI workflows, products move faster and feel truer to users. Full post by @javasquip.bsky.socialwww.netlify.com/blog/the-mul...

I listen to podcasts on my little walks and this conversation was SO deeply interesting I kept stopping to take notes of things I wanted to revisit later. S/o to @tej.as for continuing to produce such fantastic content with guests like @javasquip.bsky.social

NEW on ConTejas Code: @javasquip.bsky.social (eng. @netlify.com) on how to create great AX (Agent Experience) - an extension of UX to help AI agents serve users better. We cover: ◆ "Agents" vs. "bots" ◆ AX in relation to UX ◆ The AX of Netlify Links in reply.

🚀 Agents are driving evolution in UX in the age of AI. As user-delegated systems, they’re not just tools - they're a preferred medium for engagement. But what happens when AX (Agent Experience) is neglected? Unhappy users, friction, and lost opportunities agentexperience.ax/research/ax-...

AX: The next evolution in UX

As users delegate tasks to agents, their experience of interacting with digital services now includes this medium. This bring AX under the umbrella of considerations for a service's UX.

This comes up a lot in mentee conversations and I couldn't agree more with @ksylor.bsky.social ! I am especially a fan of tracking your efforts (your own progress bar) and journaling to get your thoughts out of your head and effective listening. Here's ~16 years worth after I realized its value

I wrote about a common conversation I’ve had with other Staff+ folks who are newly in an org lead role. I don’t think we talk enough about how difficult and isolating that transition can be! sylormiller.com/posts/2025/s...

okay, announcement time! as of this week, Learn With Jason (the company) has officially rebranded – we're @codetv.dev now! - CodeTV refocuses on what we produce (vs centering on me) - we now have the option to become a supporter to get early access: codetv.dev/support more to come. stay tuned!

AI agents aren’t just changing how we use tech—they’ve reshaping how we connect with each other irreparably. Finally wrote about disintermediation and why a Human Experience is a crucial component of designing the future of interactions. blog.ronbronson.com/from-consequ...

There's a big gap in AI tooling: it's basically all Python based and quickly locks you into a sole LLM provider. A few weeks ago, I decided to work on this problem space in Go. I'm calling it "agent-api": Currently, 3 pieces to the toolkit 🧵

GitHub - agent-api/core: A fast, agnostic, and powerful Go AI framework for one-shot workflows, building autonomous agents, and working with LLM providers.

Agent experience brings not only a new focus for tech, but also new skillsets for our teams. It will be one thing to casually provide a usable AX but it will be another thing to have a truly optimal one. Complete with specialized skills and tools. What an opportunity ahead!

At Netlify we've been building specific flows and features for the new AI agents building on and deploying to our product. Today I'm introducing the term AX, agent experience, that gives name to a concept of great importance to software development going forward. biilmann.blog/articles/int...

Introducing AX: Why Agent Experience Matters

As builders, we need to start focusing on AX or “agent experience” — the holistic experience AI Agents will have as the user of a product or platform.

We've been working hard on UX and DX for decades. Now it's clear that Agent Experience (AX) is where we need to focus next to allow AI to work with our vibrant ecosystems of tools and services across the web and beyond. biilmann.blog/articles/int...
