I don’t agree with all Abdul El-Sayed’s views, but GOP “othering” is a disgrace. He was born in US, educated at Bloomfield Hills Andover, where he captained football team; Univ of Mich; Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar; Columbia, where he earned an MD. 50 years ago today, Richard Nixon resigned in disgrace from the presidency. If the Democrats take back both houses of Congress in November, I would not be surprised to see Trump be the 2nd president in US history to resign his office to avoid another impeachment and possible removal from office.
