It occurred to me that one of the more absurd aspects about the 'ACHIEVE N1/FLUENCY IN 12 MONTHS FROM ZERO' style videos that pop up, typically gloss over the fact that the 常用漢字 alone represents about a decade of literacy-building for even native learners. Literacy by nature, takes time and effort.

I just found out my book is longer than Genki (and at a fraction of the price). I did make it a goal to mostly cover N5 and N4 points and some N3 and N2 points naturally came as part of the material so I guess that's to be expected. And it's only going to get bigger
