my phone came! using the newest version of ios on my phone is so weird. also, having a phone that doesn't feel like it's going to explode in your hand and send weird shit to your friends is lovely.

the coolest thing i’ve ever held in my hands is this guy. this is the earliest known depiction of jesus christ on byzantine coinage - a gold marcian solidus, 450–457CE. no other examples of this coin exist.
