Does every “big” researcher in academia who works on aging and big data have to have a company on the side that aims to monetize this information in some way? Isn’t this a red flag anymore?

I’m struck by how often the “limitations” section of cell papers I read say “need more spatial and single cell tech”. Surely we can come up with better limitations 😅
