GOOD NEWS Y'ALL MI Supreme Court looked at the evidence and agreed, 6-1, as I think everyone should: that the MPSC Line 5 tunnel permit approval violates MI envrionmental law. Not done yet. Goes back to the MPSC, we keep going, bc our #GreatLakes are worth it. ♥️💧

This is not the end of the fight by any fucking means. We're still waiting on a Michigan Supreme Court case. EGLE has a wastewater permit still pending. But there was no fucking reason for this shit decision save greed. So I'm gonna let myself be angry and sad a bit longer. Then back to fighting.
