This is a disaster for Toronto. Getting a bike during COVID and using it as my main getting-around device has been one of the best things that's ever happened to my physical and mental health. They're basically making it impossible for me to bike again without risking my life.

All summer I’ve mentioned the Rams as a trade partner to watch since they have a TE room as deep as Scrooge McDuck’s money pool. Lots being done today to address depth issues.

I am EXTREMELY relieved to hear this news. I did not know how to talk about this team through this season seeing him out there. Let it be clear though that absent league intervention they would have played him. I don’t want to hear again that the Packers are different about guys with issues.
Jason B. Hirschhorn@byjbh.bsky.social · 3d agoThe NFL will place Josh Jacobs on the commissioner's-exempt list, per Adam Schefter. That means Jacobs will not count against the Packers' 53-man roster. It also opens up questions about whether he will play at all this season (and perhaps ever again in Green Bay).
While we’re on the subject of the Dolphins being a reverse farm team for the Packers… This is why you roster Sturdivant. If you don’t he’s going to be in Miami in 48 hours.
I would have kept him. I suppose the silver lining is that if the tank is REALLY on in Miami maybe Willis will get traded at the deadline because man he’s getting a raw deal over there.

Let go of the belief that this team is different on these issues. To me, the warning sign was there when the Packers had him back at practice so soon after the initial arrest when he really didn’t need to be there. Always seemed like they were going to stand by him unless forced not to.
