Disagree. I’ve known people who lived well to 100+. All of them were tiny women who were like, “My diet is mostly cookies, vodka, and Dr. Pepper, I’ve never done vigorous exercise in my life, and I haven’t spent more than 1 hour with a man since my husband died at 50. Also I’m so ready to die.”

i think there is now a narrow lane for AI optimism now where optimism is strictly defined as "the good use cases for AI/ML stick around, some of the hyperscalers go tits up and the survivors become normal SaaS companies, and the handful of billionaires who manipulated the entire economy go to jail"

Soccer is unfortunately kind of boring to watch. They should make the pitch smaller, maybe move it indoors to a gym or some sort of court. Maybe move the goals 10 feet up and make them smaller and bucket-shaped. Could even let the players use their hands to dribble and throw the ball

i genuinely hate how internet culture has become so normalized and widespread. i do not want a white house deputy chief of staff saying "it's white boy november" or a secretary of state tweeting that he's "locked in for this banger." grow up.

Usually I don’t think you can say you’ve been to a state if you’ve only driven through, but New Jersey gets an exception if you’ve visited multiple named rest stops. They culturally embody the state enough to count
