You'd have to be a special kind of stupid to not understand this.
Brilliant letter from Stuart Thompson to Jeremy Clarkson about his comments that benefit claimants should write weekly thank you letters to tax payers detailing how they spend their benefits each week.
Brilliant. How real trolling is done.
This appears to be the president’s "proof" that vandals are sabotaging the Refelecting Pool.
And yes I hate AI slop but that's not the real issue here. War crimes, that's the issue.

Mike Tapp: ".. if that agenda is too far from the manifesto its really difficult not to call a general election" Like scrapping the universal Winter Fuel Allowance, slashing welfare, digital IDs, banning Palestine Action, stuff like that you mean?
When I was at school I got told “you work hard considering you’re black” when I was in year seven, I was 11 so thought it was a compliment And when I was 15, the kid who called me a n*gger got made head boy This was late 00s/early 2010s But of course, anti-white discrimination is the scourge
Keir Starmer’s under-16 social media ban can only work if everyone proves who they are, so it’s a natural move for a government selling surveillance as safety By tech policy expert and digital rights advocate @heatherburnstech.bsky.social www.thenerve.news/p/under-16-s...
“why are liberals so angry?” idk man maybe because basic human decency keeps getting treated like some radical fringe ideology
My latest video on Newcastle. Take a trip through the city's architecture, famous bridges, urbanism, and history - from its founding as a Roman fort 2,000 years ago to its Georgian city planning, right up to its modern day regeneration. www.youtube.com/watch?v=inf8...

That $100,000 bribe will not go far once Greenlanders lose their free healthcare and education
With a straight face BBC political correspondent Billy Kenber tells us Keir Starmer is a firm believer in rule based order. The rule being the US can do what it likes and the UK govt will back them, I guess.
A very long and important THREAD - The real reason the US is invading Venezuela goes back to a deal Henry Kissinger made with Saudi Arabia in 1974. And I'm going to explain why this is actually about the SURVIVAL of the US dollar itself. Not drugs. Not terrorism. Not "democracy." 1/
Ter-fucken-rific None of us want their disgusting chlorinated chicken. Before any bright spark says - choice... Once it's in the country it could end up disguised in ready meals, school dinners, hospitals... Things labelled packed in UK - but country of origin is not stated. Happy new year folks.
Britain is facing renewed pressure from the White House to allow American chlorinated chicken and hormone-treated meat into UK supermarkets, as Donald Trump seeks trade concessions in exchange for reviving a collapsed US-UK technology deal. and so it begins www.farminguk.com/news/chlorin...
2025: Farmers Weekly, "US seeks food standards change as price for £31bn tech deal" 2020: Keir Starmer, "I don't want chlorinated chicken, and I don't think most people do" Will Keir Starmer stick to higher standards, or will Keir Starmer give in and accept chlorinated chicken?
I never knew I was radical left. Now I know I feel much better for it.

I really do not understand what the hell is going on with this #government .. They are letting the most #marginalised down First it was #trans kids / young people Now it’s #Neurodivergent and #Disabled kids / young people No One voted for this .. schoolsweek.co.uk/ehcp-shake-u...
EHCP shake-up considered as part of SEND reforms - adviser
The plans - or a new alternative - could be 'narrowed' to special schools only, adviser suggests
schoolsweek.co.uk
They do everything back to front! Want fewer EHCPs - improve educational support so fewer parents have to fight to get their child an education. Want fewer PIP awards - reduce cost of living and increase NHS/mental health provisions. No one puts themselves through the EHCP/PIP process for fun!!!
There already isn't enough support for many children in schools. There desperately needs to be a shift from the idea of "diagnosis led support" to "needs led support". Further reducing support will leave many more struggling. 1/ www.theguardian.com/education/20...

"It has put people in such an impossible situation, that the only option they have is to starve to death, watch their children starve to death, or risk their lives to find food" Olga Cherevko from the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, speaking from Gaza
