Environment variables cannot be used everywhere in the Symfony configuration because certain parameters are used when the container is compiled. Thanks to this fix by @nicolasgrekas.bsky.social, "locales" can now be set via environment variables.

Si on veut ajouter le chiffrement par champ directement dans Doctrine ORM, il faut d'abord un composant Key Management (dans Symfony ?) et transformer les types DBAL en services avec injection de dépendance. C'est un projet qui va prendre du temps et de l'énergie, mais qui en vaut la peine.
