I hang on to my water molecules for an average of 99 years. Lake Superior is 191 years. Translation for humans = don’t put stuff in the Great Lakes (your freshwater supply) Clean water is life 🌊🌊

I'll take the data's word for it -- and I've never for a millisecond regretted becoming a father and raising my two kids -- but brother, nothin' made me feel dumber and more mentally messed up than being a dad. Eventually you get wisdom out of it, but it works like an 18-year brain-ectomy.

“Men who prioritize fatherhood may lose some sleep, gain some extra weight and enjoy less free time, but they can also discover a richer life with greater meaning, purpose and connection. And when it comes to brain health and mental fitness, becoming a father is one of the best things you can do.”
