One thing we can never do enough is celebrate our heroes while they’re still with us. Today’s the 90th birthday of the great urbanist Jan Gehl, who started as a hero to me and became a mentor & friend. I’m proud to have been asked to contribute to his celebration messages today. Happy birthday, Jan.

One of many times I’ve gotten the chance to spend time with Jan Gehl, talking as much about life as about cities and urbanism. He’s one of the greatest urbanists who’ve ever lived, but he’s also a kind man and a gracious friend. #UrbanistShoutOut

Listen purity Dems. Your protest vote or non-vote won't "bring on the revolution" - it will only speed up the end of civilization. I suspect you don't care, which makes you complicit. But if you DO care, please open your eyes and let's get rid of the fascists if we even still can? Thanks, nice chat.
