Love how I'm just riding out the last 3 days of work here - and people are still surprised that I can *actually* get shit done. One task that a team lead was fighting to get done, 25 minutes - all set up. (They'd been trying to get it done for 4 business days!) I won't miss this place 🙃

Well, fuck my drag then. Was going to give my manager the courtesy of resigning during our 1-on-1, he then cancels it without warning.
Would you take a role at a new company with a small pay rise, but due to other factors - you would come out losing money? (To the tune of $6,800 per year) Noting that the current company is a sinking ship, and the new one is a stable (and growing) one. I’m in a bit of a dilemma 😕

It’s amazing how much difference changing a cable make for internet speed! (This used to be 10-20 Mbps slower)
It’s so fucking depressing, the CTO is in the office and all I can overhear him talking about with someone is models, MCP, “Al”. No wonder this business is turned to crap. All we ever hear is how great “Al” is, but it’s turned our codebase and infrastructure into slop. 🙄🙄
