3 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY!!! On August 4th, we decide who moves on to the general election, and it is time in Allen Park, Lincoln Park, Melvindale, and Northern Southgate to enter an era of attentive representation.

I have intentionally attended nearly every city council meeting in district. As our next state representative I plan to continue attending these meetings and being available to our community. I have been the only candidate consistently showing up for these meetings and will continue!

I have been the candidate who has been showing up consistently. One part of my leadership is that I am present. I believe leadership requires presence and accessibility. I will lead in a way where you can speak to me and advocate for yourself and your family directly.
The most interesting candidate for any office this year has to be Joanna Whaley, who's running for State House in Michigan. She was an Evangelical megachurch pastor before leaving the church after she realized she was trans. Now she's a progressive and has a good shot at winning
