Dear HP: I was never a big fan of dropping off used toner cartridges at UPS to return to you: me incurring time costs to give you free recycled materials. But at least you included prepaid UPS shipping labels in new cartridge boxes. So to be eco-friendly I'd willingly incur time costs to do this.
