Not only was she loudly right about everything and reviled for it, in 2017 O'Connor donated 30 years worth of clothes and makeup to trans girls in Ireland.

Wolfmother — Vagabond, 500 Days of Summer. There are probably better ones, but it’s the one that springs to mind in my sad little brain right now.
Name your fav use of licensed music in a soundtrack.
This is catastrophically bad. This will be immensely catastrophically bad down the line.

They’re running back Portrait of a Lady on Fire in one of my local cinemas and I’ve been dying to see it for a long time. Problem is I can’t see it because it’s too infused and tied to a recommendation from someone who I was badly, badly in love with. So I guess I’ll never watch it ever. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I released Building A Village 3 months ago. You think I would stop promoting as such now? Honey, I’m not gonna stop shoving this in people’s faces. I’m going through a bit of a heartbreak and bad depression episode rn, but I’ll never not be proud of this and shout of it during a depressy eppy.
I made a 35-minute documentary short film called Building A Village that's now finally out. The film shows community group Clann&Co (née Derry Meet Ups) over the last two years and talks of the need and importance of community and connection in 2026. Watch it here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mnD...
Dave Bautista involved in a GoW project. Just not the one he or any of us envisioned. (But honestly? I fuck with this)

Maybe it’s just me, but I do find it funny that two of the best films in recent times to depict mental health and loneliness well are from the MCU. Just me?

People say Seasonal Affective Disorder happens in the autumn. Bitch, I’m living proof it happens in the fucking summer too.
Things you love to see: this. Individual federations are also starting to speak too (the Dutch FA just announced it has no confidence in him too). God willing, the beginning of the end.
Gianni Infantino ‘has lost Uefa’s confidence’ after Fifa chief scraps World Cup sell-off plan
FUCKING GIVE THEM THE MONEY, YOU STUPID BALLBAG.
‘BARBIE 2’ might happen with Greta Gerwig ready to begin writing the film. Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling & Greta Gerwig are all in talks to return but David Zaslav is currently refusing to pay what they're demanding, calling it “too generous.” (Source: www.nytimes.com/2026/07/31/b...)
I love capturing those moments where London Underground trains line up perfectly with station posters. With a little patience and a bit of luck, you can end up with some wonderfully amusing and unexpected shots.
As much as I believe in the cinema going experience, especially as a communal experience, I’m starting to come around to the idea of why people prefer to wait to watch at home after seeing Supergirl. (Film was not great btw)
And I’m listening to Jonsi & Alex here too. Things are shit right now, ngl — but they could be worse.
5:30 at sunrise on the shorefront in a town 20 minutes from Derry. Lads I’m depressed as fuck but this feels very tranquil and peaceful. I need that right now.

Cried in a therapy session for the first time ever today. And it hurt like hell considering the context, to be honest.
"My message to the people of the UK is that I'll train the new guy but you're going to have to stick with one of them eventually."
Say what you will about the BBC, their World Cup montages are pretty good. The one to Woodkid in 2014 was brilliant. They even had one either in 2010 or 2014 after the group games/middle of the knockouts set to a cover version of Beat It by Imogen Heap that was phenomenal. They’re so good.
If you haven't seen it yet, BBC's montage at the end of the World Cup was fucking tremendous www.youtube.com/watch?v=20Fi...
If you want a reminder of how Derry hates the English.
What a fucking stupid game of football.
