I’m not physiologically prepared for a new Sara Bareilles album.

I think it is weird to tout the importance of Black leadership and then call everyone racist when that Black leadership is (rightfully) criticized.
This has been on my reading list for a while. I have no choice but to get to it today: www.vice.com/en/article/a...
An Oral History of Tim Curry’s Escape to the One Place Uncorrupted by Capitalism
How an unforgettable performance in Red Alert 3 became legend.

Tim Curry is escaping to the one place uncorrupted by capitalism: Heaven. RIP
I am just getting sadder and sadder about Dolly.
I was on the fence about Kelli coming back because I was interested to see how she’d do without Shamea but after admitting what she did about how she views social media attention I have fully soured on her. Cynthia’s face said it all. #RHOA
There will be a more formal release of this that includes our partners and collaborators, but! As a point of personal pride, COLAGE filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court today. Incredibly proud of the hard work of my small but mighty team!!
If I find out any of my friends send me AI generated texts I will stop speaking to them.
The RHOM intro music clears every other franchise and it’s not close.
Last week I tried to watch a movie on Tubi the other day and every single ad break was 100% AI generated slop for mobile gambling games. Ended up renting.
I'm not worried about the future as much as I'm resigned to it. I believe that hope is a discipline and that we have to continue to fight for a better world. I no longer think I will see that better world.
US child vaccination rates have plunged since before the pandemic, with kindergarten classrooms in more than 70% of counties now lacking herd immunity against measles.
How wonderful... another attack ad from incumbent Providence Mayor Brett Smiley’s campaign, this one titled “Full Control.” When your campaign’s message is built on scaring our neighbors instead of focusing on your vision for the next four years in our beautiful capital city, that says a lot. 🙄
It frustrates me that for over 30 years, basically every year has seen lower crime rates than the year before in Providence, and yet politicians continue to paint it as dangerous for their own benefit, and the press just gives their lies a pass.
I gotta say Smiley's "before mayor smiley I was afraid to go into the city" ad really seems targeted at me, a resident of Cranston (though my neighborhood is more or less contiguous Providence urban area)
My husband just got his official acceptance letter to be an adjunct professor!! 🥰🥰
Using the word “woke” in that way is white and white adjacent nonsense to begin with. I don’t remember who said it first but when it’s coming from non-Black people I just hear it as a slur.
My opponent has spent the majority of this race attacking our movement with false claims and attempts to paint our vision of a Providence that works for everyone as something to fear. At the same time, Brett Smiley appears to believe that some rules don’t apply to him.
I’m going to host all of my work meetings in Big Walk now. Big Walk office hours. If you want to meet with me you’ve got to log on. Idk what to tell you.
People grow their families in many ways. Our laws should reflect that. Outdated family recognition laws can leave children without the legal protections they need in emergencies and everyday life. GLAD Law’s Polly Crozier shares why states must update these laws: https://bit.ly/4heWMah
Great video essay looking back at A Force More Powerful, a serious game designed to teach nonviolent tactics. I actually own a copy, and back in 2006 I couldn't figure out how to play it. I'm positive nobody outside of its creators ever mastered it. Thank you for your service!
NEW VIDEO: In 2006 a Washington DC based think tank hired future lead designers of Civilization and XCOM to make a strategy game based on a documentary about nonviolent protest. 20 years later I'm here to tell you why. youtu.be/dmL7Ph4Us8o
There’s maybe ten Black people in line for the Noname concert including me and my husband. I know she’s about to be mad af on this stage lmao.
This is the tragic yet logical result of a decades-long project—undertaken by rightwing politicians and “business-minded” administrators alike—to distort the meaning of higher education, to deny the intrinsic value of the pursuit of knowledge, to deprive us all of richer, more purposeful lives.
President Trump is banning students majoring in degrees that don’t make enough money from taking out college loans. Degrees for social work, art, religious studies, teaching aides, and music will be hit the hardest. trib.al/aaAEu6v
Porshaaaaaaaaaaa omg living for this hard launch. #RHOA
I have, with my own eyes, watched my tax dollars in the form of missiles as they hit buildings inhabited by civilians. I'd much prefer subsidizing a grocery story I don't use.
Opinion: Mamdani's idea may sound appealing, but it's NYC taxpayers who will take the hit, subsidizing discounts they may never even use.
Spider-Man was just as good as everyone said. I am excited for the future.
At the Teen Panel today a COLAGEr referred to the audience as “chat” so that’s where the youth are now with public speaking. 😂😂
