Makes me happy to see that people like this one! The first half of this was drawn with extremely shaky hands, some days it's so bad, I can't properly hold anything (had this problem all my life). Had to stop drawing and try the next day, luckily it worked then lol

I get hairless cats for people with allergies, but I'm still...let's say not exactly convinced it's a solution which is fair to the cat. So many of the rest of the things we do with breeds are wholly indefensible. And I'm just as happy with rescues as I ever was with purebreds.

I really didn't expect drawing on paper, after so many years of only drawing digitally, would be working for me at all. I'm still afraid of ruining the whole drawing when I mess up lines, but it's still fun. And for somem reason, I'm drawing faster than when I'm using a tablet? It's weird.

The last time I researched this, I discovered the timeline "sport is open to all; woman wins; sport is immediately closed off to women; women's league is eventually formed years later" is almost universal. Women's leagues were overwhelmingly created *strictly* to protect the egos of men.

the whole "women's sports exist to protect women from men" framing is hilarious, given that a lot of these divisions were initially formed because men were deeply embarrassed any time a woman beat them at a sport olympic shooting was mixed gender right up until a woman won the gold

Sexism is still very much around in the fandom and people need to be called out for it when it’s seen/heard. Woman and femme presenting people belong in the fandom and deserve to feel safe and accepted just like anyone else.

I really hate the “I don’t owe anyone anything” mentality because we actually owe each other and this planet a lot. You don’t have to be selfless all the time or burn yourself out but you should be kind and helpful and compassionate to the best of your ability. We need to care about each other more

Been playing Animal Crossing NH a lot over the past weeks. It helps with not going insane while everthing around me goes to shit. Finally got my beloved Quinn on my iland, and even fully decorated the place.. but now I got no motivation left to keep playing lol Maybe I should restart 🤔
