By request from @warrenjwells.bsky.social: median rents for various sized homes in Berkeley. Last month, 2-bedroom apartments went for $3000/moth and 3-bedrooms cost $4100/month. Similar trend across the sizes. Remember this is for older buildings and the bedroom count is self-reported by lessors.
Anyone know what SFMTA is doing on Townsend east of 3rd? To me, watching the contractor at work, it appears to be an obvious boondoggle, but I am open to suggestions. Nothing on SFMTA's website sheds any light on it.

Not meaning to pick on this poster, but we need better scientific literacy. ALL of the energy that enters a data center becomes waste heat. Another point of reference is that the Palo Verde power station, also in Arizona, puts the equivalent waste heat of 2,500,000 houses into the atmosphere.
