At this week's rehearsal, one person gave the essential description of Theatre of the Oppressed: "we have to act, then think!" She shared how important doing this with us in community is, to be more connected, to balance her mind from the the times of being isolated. ❤️❤️❤️

When I facilitate, my internal judge is measuring to a list of high standards: accessibility, equity, fun, anti-oppression, & more... When I hear back how people reflect on the rehearsal, it's never directly those measures. It's, "I've spent a lot of time alone, and this means so much." Or
