My WoLs are characters I made from scratch, but I may sprinkle fragments of myself and my experiences in game on them. For example, Kayda's hesitation to try support roles in the past was based on my own fear. I've adopted her name online just because I got used to be called like her 😅 #wol:kayda

I have this feeling about this drawing I made in 2024 😭 I borrowed a tablet and experimented with a new style. Never borrowed it again to do more art like this. Now that I have a tablet of my own I'd love to do a piece like this for Liokki, but I don't even remember the brushes I used 🫠

Thread for Liokki 🧵⬇️ #wol:liokki 1. Liokki Golmarr. His first name is from the in-game generator, as I created him before name conventions were clear. As for surname, he retains his village name. He never asumed his role as a Wood-warder (the non-lore reason is I don't like male Viera surnames XD)
Thread for Kayda 🧵⬇️ #wol:kayda 1. Kayda Akai. She's my first character and I wanted to adhere to Raen name conventions, but I'm not sure if it really does 😅 The lore reason for "Kayda" instead of "Kaida" is that, as a refugee, she was registered with a spelling more suitable for Eorzean phonetics
