I just noticed that HHS Civil Rights office has deleted its webpage about the Supreme Court's 1999 landmark Olmstead decision, which guaranteed the rights of disabled people to live in their homes rather than being institutionalized. It was live on May 25. Now it's "PAGE NOT FOUND"
