150,000 kids in Minnesota rely on SNAP to put food on the table. They're not refusing to work. They're children. The Trump admin tried to take food away from them. Now they're bragging about it. I sued them, and we've won in court again and again to protect SNAP benefits for Minnesota families.

Another attempt to force Minnesota to fall in line. Another loss for Trump. A federal judge dismissed the Trump Administration's lawsuit challenging Minnesota's laws because the Constitution doesn't allow the federal government to force states to help ICE enforce federal immigration law.
