Shattered, my dog woke me up at 3am she'd been unwell on spare bedroom carpet. I have plenty of uncarpeted rooms to choose from, but hey ho. The only bonus was finding the three slugs who had been evading me in the kitchen for days. Couldn't get to sleep after that. So, a quiet day is planned now

Very pleased with the two planters I rescued from a chap at the tip, he was about to throw them in one of the skips. Two of my hydrangeas had been waiting for an upgrade for months.
Terrifying, but nowhere near as horrifying as having two different species carry out a pincer attack on someone during a “difficult” moment.
I'm watching the #BBCproms after doing one of my mega oven days. It is definitely helping to relax.
