Thinking a lot about graduate jobs and post PhD careers and honestly how research/recommendations/reports need to be targeted at employers rather than postgraduates

What baffles me most is that it does impact older generations now (state pension less sustainable) as well as the country's future (as in, when that younger gen need to retire) but nobody can seem to see past the current pensioner fortunes and votes www.theguardian.com/education/20...

'Danish teenagers will have to make an oral defence of their written essays to combat AI cheating, the government has announced.' Piloting this for 2nd year undergraduate research essays this year, though NB it's not just policing: also develops key oral skills. 1/2

I'm looking for grants and funding open for researchers keen to work on public engagement projects with a charity - does anyone have suggestions? The work is both for schools and young people, and broader public engagement
