Update...it's not just Canada 🤦♂️ As a cost-cutting measure, NWS has removed ALL international observations (outside of US buoys) from its site. A shame that such a simple and helpful tool had to be removed due to the Trump administration's anti-science budget cuts.

I think after Lake Ontario, it was a matter of time. TBH, he probably wasn't even aware of New Mexico, much like Lake Ontario, until someone mentioned it to him. Otherwise he would have blabbered on about this immediately after the Gulf.

You'll never get me to live in NYC (or surrounding region) unless it was a ridiculous opportunity. Which even that, would be tough, TBH. However, I do actually like coming here, it's a good city as a whole. Now I just need to come over for fun instead of work, and explore greater New England.
