it basically kills SAVE act in the crib, it strips OMB of one of their most damaging powers, even if those were the *only* things the minority got out of a CR, it would be impressive, but that's not all they got out of it
stripping OMB of the ability to dole out grants is an enormous win, this nukes the SAVE act, it prohibits further ICE bailouts, adding a "no, really, trump can't break already on-the-books laws regarding elections the federal government doesn't run" clause would be both unnecessary and unproductive

This is it, the entire conspiracy: In early 2020, Fauci and a bunch of scientists thought the virus could be engineered. Then they did more research and found that it didn't show any evidence of that. Nothing we've learned since has overturned this finding.
Reiterating that Musk's literal voter bribery last time was an unambiguous go-directly-to-jail felony, for which people have been successfully prosecuted over vastly smaller amounts. It wasn't just pouring money into a PAC, whatever one thinks of that. It was a black-letter plain-as-day crime.
